Where does the tariff data come from?
Base HTS and MFN records are sourced from official USITC exports. Section 301 coverage is evaluated from official HTS Chapter 99, including U.S. note 20. Coverage details and limitations are listed in the methodology.
Does LandedIQ replace a customs broker?
No. Suggested classifications and estimates must be reviewed. Final classification, admissibility and duty liability remain with the importer of record and its qualified advisers.
